Hi, I’m Oltan.
With international parents, I grew up across four countries — Turkey, Ireland, Texas, and Puerto Rico. These moves taught me adaptability, resilience, and how to connect with people from different backgrounds.
I'm an incoming freshman in aerospace engineering, focused on launch vehicles, space systems, and independent technical work. My long-term goal is to become an astronaut, with a particular interest in long-duration spaceflight and what it takes to send humans farther into the solar system than we've ever gone.
Outside of engineering, I'm passionate about basketball, chess, and building things — whether that's software, 3D models, or ideas.

Entrepreneurship: Founder of Entrepreneur Mastermind Club (TPA), which later became an official class; Co-founder of OAC Clothing Brand, managing design, production, and sales. (2022-2023).
Global Leadership: Selected speaker at Montessori Model United Nations (MMUN); represented school at UN HQ (New York, China).
Mentorship: Team captain and assistant coach for girls’ basketball at TPA.
Community Service: Volunteered at animal rescues (Luvin’ Paws PR, Animal Shelter TX), schools (Montessori & TPA), and nursing homes in Puerto Rico and Texas.
